Walt Disney Imagineering
Walt Disney Imagineering (also known as WDI or simply Imagineering) is the design and development arm of The Walt Disney Company, responsible for the creation and construction of Disney theme parks worldwide. Imagineering is responsible for designing and building Disney theme parks, resorts, cruise ships, and other entertainment venues at all levels of project development.
As a Senior Show Electronic Engineer with Show Design & Production, I manage numerous specialized projects in which I am responsible for defining the work scope and organizing the technical pipeline . In this position, I directly contribute to the design/development of new and existing projection systems in various attractions: from facial projection in Buzz Lightyear Space Ranger Spin to the 4K Stereoscopic AV system in Remy's Ratatouille Adventure. My design experience is further strengthened by hands-on work in the field, testing and setting up equipment and prototyping new concepts.
