“The artist is not a different kind of person, but every person is a different kind of artist.” -Eric Gill
This is one of those sayings that I truly believe. We are all creative in our own ways, whether it be the design and construct of a computer program or a beautiful painting that evokes emotion. We all have our talents and its up to us to find and develop those talents. I can see a lot of light in you! When my old computer decided it could not hold itself up any longer to the high demands of the physical world, the only obvious solution was to use a spoon. An ingenious engineering solution for hinges that failed to withstand my own fatigue testing cycles. Slap on a fancy Instagram border and filter and that my friends is practically art! As it seems to be the trend with my generation, I thought I would join in the narcissistic movement and start my own blog. So here it is: a place where I can discuss my ideas, thoughts and anything I find interesting. A discussion that will most likely be with myself when I read through the entries down the road and reflect on my state of mind at the time of writing. If you are going to have a sounding board to bounce off ideas it might as well be the whole world, right? If you are not putting yourself out there then you risk the chance of missing a great opportunity, meeting new people, trying new experiences and perhaps even changing the course of your life.
